Started in 1988, the Bend-La Pine Education Foundation is an independent, 501(c)(3) non-profit comprised of parents, community leaders, educators, and citizens who share the belief that a vibrant public school system is essential to the social and economic well-being of our community.

Our vision
Our programs help create equity for all of our students through access to classroom enrichments that enhance the learning experience, and to need-based scholarships that support activity fees for middle and high school students who wish to participate in athletics.
We collaborate with education leaders and other community organizations to bring creative and innovative programming to Bend-La Pine Schools. Our efforts positively impact every student in the district.

Since 1988, the Education Foundation has invested over $2.2 million into our K-12 public schools through the generosity of our business and community support, foundation grant awards and individual donors.
Without our donors, this would not be possible. You can make a difference in our Bend-La Pine and Sunriver public schools by making a donation and directing specific use of your funds to one of our programs.
